My partner works at a grocery store chain and tonight she went and worked at another location an hour away because they were short staffed. She had never been to the store before and didn’t know anybody there. The manager on duty was incredibly weird and (on top of many other things) kept coming by and spraying my partner with fart spray, no fewer than three times during her shift. It made my partner feel incredibly weird and I feel like it was incredibly unprofessional especially since my partner was cashiering and around customers the whole time. I don’t think this is a fireable offense, but I feel like the manager should have some repercussions for doing this. How would one even approach this topic with a higher up?
