So one of my favorite up and coming musicians, MINA, appeared/is appearing on this show called「ドレスキーとコレスキー」. If you go to the website - - the little mascots they have on there are little Russian dudes wearing ushankas, which plays into the pronunciation being “Doresky and Koresky”. But if I say どれすきとこれすき in hiragana, then I get “Which one do you like?” and “I like this one!” which is what the mascots themselves are saying in the title banner. I just thought it was a nice example of a clever use of characters and wording. At least it was to me.
