I initially found the Discover Weekly feature a cool way to find new music. But before using it i’d say my listening habits were about 60% female vocals and 40% male vocals. After a couple weeks using Discover Weekly, the playlist it’d make for me would be more like 70% female vocals to 30% male vocals. A few more weeks pass, 80% to 20% and so on…

I wish there was a way to tweak the algorithm or something because it went from me generally listening to indie, rock, electronica, and pop, to solely showing me female indie artist with heavy reverb using 80s synths and im like “now this is getting too specific”
