My daughter (first home buyer) wants to put in an offer on a house in East Vic Park. Its an old fairly beat up place. The seller has specifically excluded the stumps of the house from the building inspection - has anyone seen that before? If she asks the agent if there is a known issue with the stumps, and why they are specifically excluded from the inspection, is the Agent ethically required to tell her why?
