was just chatting around with Claude and got to this statement. Is is a fair statement to say by the time we’ve managed to distilled the model sizes to Millions instead of Billions of parameters and they are basically todays SOTA models like Sonnet 3.5 or gpt-4o, such feat would be considered AGI?
