It forced everybody to update but then all of my old trade listings were stuck at ‘pending’ so I removed them. Can’t re-add them because it says ‘no arbitrators available’.

Questions:

• Do you just have to wait for everybody to switch to v1.0.9?
• The number of offers on v1.0.9 is still 10% of what it says on older versions, I guess it’s not backwards compatible?
