I don’t usually post here, but from surveying old threads it seems that posts like this are allowed. I recently moved to Madison, Wisconsin for a new job after spending several years on the west coast, and I’d love to meet new people who have been pre-screened for a certain level of heterodoxy, thoughtfulness and stupid snark. I also have a few connections in the Chicagoland area and I try to drive down as often as I can.

About me: I’m in my 30s and produce small motile gametes (not professionally, just a hobby I’m passionate about). Grew up Jew(ish) in a very progressive environment and still identify as broadly liberal/left despite my gradual disillusionment yadda yadda. When I’m not working myself to death in healthcare I love the written word, long walks/runs in the woods, and horses (not really).

Singal but not ready to mingal at the moment. Just looking for new friends.
