ik this sounds corny and believe me i always thought people were crazy when they would say a celebrity or youtuber “saved them”. but this summer as been very hard for me mentally and the only thing that has kept me alive is anime. i took over a three year break from watching and being reintroduced has been amazing for me. its given me something to stay awake for and keep looking forward to. i enjoy watching all kinds of anime and grieving the good ones that i finish. it’s always something new and different. while i have to go back to school in a week i will still continue watching. also i love all the redditors on here making a fun environment to discuss all things anime bc i haven’t been able to talk about it in person! just thought i’d share my thoughts
