I had connection issues on and off for months and wasn’t able to get it resolved by Ziply through phone calls to different departments, tech visits, emails, or posts to this subreddit.

I ended up getting the contact info for the local Ziply rep to my apartment complex from the leasing office, and after a single call they;

  • Knew exactly what my issue was based on previous experience

  • Compared against similar cases locally and how they were resolved

  • Coordinated between the complex, me and the Ziply tech for replacement of the needed equipment

  • Requested proactive permission from the complex, to try alternative options in case equipment replacement didn’t immediately fix the issue

They were knowledgeable, very commucative, and got my issue fixed by Monday after getting in touch on Thursday, so if you’re having issue with your service I’d highly recommend to try and reach out to your local rep (ours services the area between Beaverton and Forest Grove)!
