The more I think about this topic, the more I come back to this one singular question, who is in charge? Who is that singular authority that has the power to grant access to that app that has the crash retrieval and reverse engineering program. Who is that person that can send teams out on recovery missions to retrieve Down craft from other countries. Who is that person that can siphon congressional funds to run this program.? Who is that person that despite congressional inquiries on the matter still denies congress the very access to this information?
