This is a follow up to my original post from a week or so ago. 

Since I had made that post, the head of B2B got in contact with me. I had a really great conversation with him, and was reassured in everything. So I decided to continue to try and give them a chance. I let him know I wanted to get two laptops in my hands ASAP for testing/validation. He told me to send some screenshots of the configs and he would get them escalated and sent out ASAP and that if I ordered on the marketplace I would just get sent to the end of the queue. I sent those screenshots shortly after the call. (8/28)

Fast forward to today, I have had to double-email them twice, and I still haven’t been able to place an order for the laptops. I am now being told to just order via the standard marketplace. I could’ve just done that a week ago and probably already had the machines in my hands or at least a tracking number. This continues to be an extremely frustrating process.

I am overall just left speechless at this kind of service and support. If this was the only negative interaction I had it wouldn’t really matter as much, but it’s the fact that it is immediately after the first issue and this is with the head of B2B being involved… I need to take a step back and seriously re-evaluate if this is the route I want to go anymore. I’ve attached a screenshot of this interaction.
