I’ve always thought Faceswaplab was one of the best face swapper extensions utilizing insightface in A111. Unfortunately it seems as though it’s no longer being developed on and wasn’t compatible with Forge. I decided to install it into Forge anyway and kept running the errors I received into Perplexity.ai and replacing a few lines of code until it worked. It can now be used in forge and with Flux. If you are interested, you can go to Extensions in Forge, click on the “Install from URL” and paste in my github address (). Make sure you “apply and quit” and restart Forge so it loads correctly.

Note: I am not a developer, just a user who wanted to make this extension work in Forge. If you have any issues or problems with the install, you’re on your own. That said, it’s working for me. Notes on how to use it can be found at the repo address above.
