I download my fair share of unknown movies, and since I’m not fluent I always download the subtitles independently using the same words, usually “my movie” + srt. It always gave me opensubtitles links or other related websites. But recently, with the same input for the same movie I get a bunch of Amazon or whatever-retailer links.

opensubtitles is still there, no problem, but it is such a sudden and radical shift that I wonder if it’s intentional.

Anyway, there is no way I am paying 40 bucks for this probably very mid old ass movie.
