I upgraded to Fedora 39 from Fedora 38 but it’s still has the Fedora 38 kernel. The GRUB option says Fedora Linux (6.8.9-100.fc38.x86_64) 38 (Workstation Edition) and uname -a says Linux ideapad.localdomain 6.8.9-100.fc38.x86_64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Thu May 2 18:50:49 UTC 2024 x86_64 GNU/Linux. On boot I get a warning that Fedora 38 is EOL.

But /etc/fedora-release says Fedora release 39 (Thirty Nine). And packages such as fedora-release-workstation is fedora-release-workstation-39-36.noarch.

Presumably I should have an fc39 kernel. How can I fix this?
