I don’t have any issues with my apprentice. I know some of them are hopeless and can’t keep off their phones , But we need to keep the trades going with new blood so we can grow as a country and keep the building going. Also need to train keen adults in the trades so there is life experience and the correct support.

The real issue why young people aren’t staying in the trade is is that the older guys are playing pranks on them and they don’t like it.
