This is an appreciation post for framework. I purchased the framework 16 batch 3 and the touchpad did not align well with the spacers. I had procrastinating for a while but when I contacted the customer service team, they responded asap and sent me brand new touch pads and spacers. They align better now and it’s still not completely flush but it’s much better.

Often posts on this subreddit are of people with genuine complaints or broken hardware. I just wanted to throw it out there that while FW has it’s share of flaws- but I’d pick them anyday over large corporations.
