A few years back I was finding a cache in a neighborhood where I had just finished meeting with a client. In my online log I typically mention that. But in this particular instance I was using speech to text and what was published mentioned that I had just finished a Klan meeting. I got a note from the CO asking if that was a typo and could I please remove the log. I was mortified and quickly made the edits to reflect the true nature of my visit… but then was thinking how many other logs that I’d written with speech to text mentioning the same thing. I used GSAK to filter for Klan or Clan and thankfully didn’t find any other instances.

What typos have you published that got you into trouble or were maybe just embarassing?
