There’s two different folders.

This folder contains material from the 1960s–1990s that myself and another volunteer with the Edmonton Radial Railway Society Archive scanned. Some of its contents include major planning reports and studies that informed how the system grew; magazine articles reviewing the system shortly before and after it opened, and journal articles written by people involved in the LRT system’s planning and operations; and documents and photos donated by Bob Clark and his estate (he was one of the key figures involved in the planning and construction of the LRT, so his collections include planning committee meeting minutes and memos, reports, and photos of construction and early operations).

This folder contains council reports, plans, and other documents from the 2000s. Although they’re technically already avalible online, pulling attachments from council pre-2009 council meeting packages is a huge time-consuming pain that I wanted to save others from. It’s organized first by corridor (I.e., city-wide, west, south, etc.), then organized further so that each sub-folder contains an admin report, then any relevant attachments it came with. The only exception is the centre line. Its documents are from much later and it’s not organized yet, because I just decided yesterday to include it; when the city cancelled the Centre LRT line, they pulled its page from the website, so I just decided to track down documents for it as well, to aide anyone interested in researching it.

I hope some of you find this interesting.
