How would you react in an emergency situation where you are a bystander?

For context, I work in a retail pharmacy. I had a patient literally drop with a Grand Mal Seizure.

I, parsonally, drop what I am doing and go into “First Responder” mode. I trained in nursing in high school and maintained my First aid/cpr training.

Even though I can’t get down on the floor I can do other things to protect the patient.

So how would you (in general) react?
