Original Title: At 10:25 pm, I looked up and saw these lights in the lower east side of Manhattan. They were almost stationary; may not have moved at all. I’m assuming it must be explainable, because I can’t imagine UFOs over NYC without anyone noticing. Used “night vision” on my camera — pics taken 4 mins apart.
