A new job is requiring everyone to

1.) do a 2 hour interview to ‘test’ their equipment while being videos for publicity.

2.) asking for ‘volunteers’ to clean their establishment before their grand opening- unpaid.

3.) a training session before beginning work- which I have also heard no talk of being paid.

This seems like free labour. The applicants are 80% high school kids/ very young people and it seems like the company are taking advantage because never in my life have I heard of this kind of hiring process for a minimum wage hospitality job.
