I find the ‘hidden gem’ threads quite interesting, but the game selection usually leaves quite a bit to be desired, due to people understanding the term quite differently. So let me clarify the definition for the needs of this thread:

  • The game needs to be available to purchase/download via Steam
  • It needs to have 999 total reviews or fewer as of today
  • You need to love playing it on your Steam Deck!

That’s it! Now hit me with your little known gems! (Current number of reviews and a short description of the title are also nice to have.)

I’ll start:

  • Final Profit: A Shop RPG (319 reviews) - It’s a cozy shop management game like Recettear, but with an actual storyline and way more depth. The amount of care and thought put into this are incredible! Also a LOT of fun secrets to discover.
  • Crop Rotation (425 reviews) - a fun puzzley roguelite I stumbled upon when I was done with Luck Be A Landlord and was looking for something similar (which is also a good Steam Deck title, but doesn’t fit criteria of this thread). You plant your crops, trying to find synergies and optimize your earnings. Very satisfying when you manage to pull in the big bucks.

Looking forward to seeing your suggestions!
