Basically you can say 1 year ago I started “weightlifting” from a mere 80 kg snatch that would sometimes knock me on my ass I was able to hit 120kg and my C&J was a 110 at best , now 150+ kg is doable . 80kg + on my training total in a calendar year. Can’t wait to hit my 300 kg total next year of training and then see where life takes me from there."

I really love this sport and I plan to continue doing it for so so long. I compete in Germany and I am the Munich city champ and the Bavarian champion but I didn’t make the total for nationals this year (295). Will probably compete in the Bundesliga this year too!
