Attended the Subiaco night market last night for the first time. We decided to try the eclairs from a French woman making them in her food truck (I can’t remember the name unfortunately but it is easy to find). Holy moly. These things are unbelievable. I don’t think I’ve ever actually had a real eclair until now. If you’re heading that way I highly recommend treating yourself
