Does anyone have issues with pedestrian crossings and drivers treating them as courtesy crossings.

I’m not talking about walking out at last minute, but more the car 100m down the road just blatantly not making eye contact and carrying on through. Then the cars following do the same and I wonder if it’s safer to just jaywalk.

Consideration could go a long way with us kiwis and our drivers attitudes on the road.

Am I wrong or missing something here?

Rant over!
