According to the October 8th patch notes, there was supposed to be a CD reduction to Cleansing Wave.

— Cleansing Wave: Reduced the cooldown from 25 to 20 in PvP and WvW. Increased the base healing to 2,222 in all game modes.

The CD in fact was nerfed from 25 seconds to 30 seconds, rather than being dropped to 20 seconds. What’s going on here? This is actually a pretty big nerf for anything other than Catalyst, which has an absolute glut of Condi removal.

Is there any way to get this on the radar of the Devs?
