We have a new team at the top of the rankings after that wildly exciting game in Eugene. Ohio State didn’t fall far, but Penn State is nipping at their #2 heels now. The biggest ranking changes came from the Iowa/Washington game, as Iowa jumps 3 spots and Washington tumbles 4. We also have no idea what to do with Nebraska, as is tradition.
