Reddit have banned a lot of users for using network anonymization services. It’s been months that r/monero haven’t received any up to date informations on Seraphis, FCMP, FCMP++, more recently JamtisRCT and Carrot. Even CCSs.

If you want to learn more about whats going on, you should make a matrix account (whatever instance you want) or an IRC libera account and join the channels. You can also follow meetings logs on github.
