Original Title: A vigorous workout or high intensity exercise does more to suppress hunger levels in healthy adults by suppressing ghrelin levels than does moderate exercise, and females may be especially susceptible to this response. Ghrelin, the “hunger hormone”, is associated with perceptions of hunger.
