So, for those who have not seen the other post and wondering what is this. TLDR: I brought a Steam deck and somewhere during shipping the package got opened and someone switched the steam deck with a lenovo power brick.

Talked with steam support and thankfully we have a good ending, Steam has done a investigation on both GLS and parcel force and they got back to me with 2 options a full refund or for them to send a replacement. I chose the replacement and now Im waiting for it to get home.

Ive read stories from the other post about steam support not being good to people but they have been only good in my experience. I have learned from my mistake and i will open the package while making a video. Thank you for all of you who have send their good lucks. Now we wait until it arrives
