5 years ago, I installed NixOS out of desperation to get NVIDIA and CUDA working on my home server.

Today I’ve installed NixOS on my work machine at my new job. I’ll use my custom NixOS config, but first I do have to install NixOS. 5 years ago, that would have been a bit annoying. Today, with the graphical installer, it is so easy. Not just that, but in 5 years there are so many things that have improved overall.

There are disagreements, yet the Nix community delivers and I love it.

To 5 more years of awesomeness, if not more!
