I am watching Miami-v.-Ball State like a true American. It is raining heavily in Muncie as I type this.
That got me thinking: are there are any good examples of a game between two Air Raid offensive teams that, on paper, should have been some obscene 63-56 track meet with 1200 yards of combined offense, but, because it rained that day, turned into a mess of turnovers and dropped passes and slip-and-falls?
This idea is hilarious to me, but I cannot think off-hand of any good examples.
Please aid me in my quest.
