Im almost entirely bedbound. I need to cut my hair because even a shower makes me crash, so I can’t wash my hair more than once a month.

Yet I can’t bring myself to do it. I know I’ll feel better and I know it’s dangerous to keep living like this. But I’m so weirdly hung up about it. This sucks.
