I have a ute, it needed new tyres, i bought 4 brand new tyres, not cheap-i expect brand new. Less than a year one got a puncture, it was too bad a puncture to fix, so I needed a brand new tyre. Fast forward one year I notice a tyre seem to have a slow leak, i take it in for fixing to the same tyre store i bought all tyres from. I get a phone call saying the leak is from a previously patched puncture!?! Im like wtf they’re all brand new with no puncture repairs, i had one replaced that i bought new & was charged for a new one… $350 then I’m thinking was i charged full price for a fucking repaired tyre. Im so angry. Theres no way to prove I haven’t had it repaired- only I know i haven’t. Is this common shit that happens, ripping off people. Guy on the phone from tyre service centre getting antsy with me because Im telling him it’s never been repaired for a puncture. Thieving fucking pricks
