I know that rest is the key.
But has anyone come up with any clever ideas to force themselves to rest on good days?
Like, I don’t know - take CBD/THC gummies on good days to chill the energy out?
It’s really hard to not be active on the rare days I feel good - which then ends up getting me into trouble. I know others are in the same situation.
Anybody figuring this out?
