Im sorry if this is all over the place im very emotional.
Im a minor with autism, who has been dealing with lots of different things lately. Which has resulted in meltdowns and for me to go in autistic burn out. My dad has been making some weird comments towards my autism and today i finally spoke against it and got met with “ im not going to accomodate you just because youre autistic” and “cant you just yk not have those things happen” ive tried to explain to him multiple times that my brain works differently and i dont function the same but he says that im “only looking at the downside” and “blaming everything on being autistic” i feel so lost since hes my only parent. I dont know how im going to live like this with no support from my own family. Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with this situation?
