The idea of transitioning in of itself isn’t dysphoric, what is dysphoric for me (18 mtf) however is presenting as a girl while still having a penis, like just the idea of that legitimately hurts and is the only time when my dysphoria gets unmanageable.

Is this just me that suffers from this or do you guys also have something similar?
