Oh gosh ya’ll. This has happened to me a handful of times in my over a decade with this.

I think it happened more often early in the illness, symptoms all lifted and I was fine.

Back then I would jump around and dance and be trashed in 2 minutes.

This time I just sat down and enjoyed it.

No fatigue, no discomfort, no pain, no fevery fluey feeling, no cognitive fog.

But it still was just about 30 mins and then I felt not great again.

That was a couple days ago and I miss it so hard.

I wasn’t even sure how good my body could feel now that I am 37. Turns out it can be pretty darn good if it weren’t’ for whatever our disease process is. So jealous of my peers now.

It gives me a bit of hope that when they do fix this we can feel normal again. Oh heck i’d be so out of control lol
