My in-game consequences, I mean lose access to something that another player has.

I literally discovered for the first time last night the terminal in the Alliance base that allows you to bring back any companion, even if you killed them off.

I just assumed those were permanent decisions and they actually influenced some of my decisions on alts.

So since the loss of companions are off the table, is there any real decision in the story that directly influences the game?
