Omnivore is closing down. Do you guys know any alternative that doesn’t need to be self hosted?

For those who don’t know, Omnivore is a FOSS alternative to Pocket, an app to save links and annotate them. I just really need to save the links for later reading, no need for editing or highlighting in my case.
