If we entertain the idea the drones are NHI tech, and NHI are fully unrelated to humans, those incursions may be a strong indication they’re able to access and fully understand our media output, moreover it might also indicate they are able to contextualize enough the uncertainty of the situation to feel the necessity to monitor key facilities to assess the real situation.
