The ninja duo were dragon level threats in their monster state and if they scale to flashy flash at all they should be above most of the cadre since Flashy Flash could fight initial Platinum Sperm. It was also implied they might have beaten any of the other heroes due to their speed. Before one of the redraws it was stated they were cadre candidates but now this has been taken out of the final release. Do you guys think they are supposed to be weaker than all of the Cadre including Nyan, Gums, and Ugly, or were they not given the rank of Cadre for another reason?
