For context, I got hold of a cheapish amulet with charisma + searing heat anoints and wanted to see if I could replace searing heat - but I couldn’t find any info which one would be replaced.

Both are replaced with the single new anoint. And, hopefully, I can spare someone else a 10c experiment and 15 minutes of googling.
