A pipe burst under my house, and caused our water bill to go up to $350. Usually around $40. The plumber has fixed it, and told me it’s normal wear and tear. I guess I’m wondering if I’m supposed to pay for all of the extra water or not. Usually, I get a water bill from my landlord and pay them for it.
