Hi, like the title says, do people spend more time adjusting settings etc than they need to to get a game working or in a playable state? I see a lot of people talking about reducing frame rates, resolution etc just to get a game working.

I’ve been thinking about getting one and I see a lot of people talking about how to optimize this and that for a particular game, whereas for the same game on the Switch, I just play without having to mess around with the settings.
