Anyone remember this one? I saw this when i was a kid and it haunted me for years. I couldn’t remember the name and all i could describe it as was:

“a bald kid puts peanut butter on his head because ghosts told him to and his hair wouldn’t stop growing, then he was kidnapped and put in a factory where they made magic brushes from his hair to make paintings that he tried to escape through by jumping into them”

Everyone i mentioned it to thought i was nuts.
