I used to use MZCacheView to grab the high res jpeg’s of each page, then save them all to a PDF. I know the books are mainly on e.g. annas-archive, but the quality is usually shocking.

Is there any way to still be able to get at the originals? Have they leaked anywhere or was there a r/Datahoarder call to arms to grab them?
