Okay so, I’ve heard many people with Autism say that they had trouble with eating berries or fruit when they were a kid because of the inconsistency. While that’s a common situation, I can’t be the only one who ate fruit in an atypical way.

Okay so basically, before eating ANY of my berries as a child, I would individually inspect each one to see if it was good or bad. I would look at every corner of the berry, and feel it to make sure my analysis was correct. Then, depending on how sweet I predicted it would be, I would either put it first(most bitter go first) or last. This would make it so that I would always have the sweetest berries in a handful at the end of my snack. My guess with this process would be wrong once in a blue moon.

I know my situation probably isn’t that uncommon either, but I’ve never heard of anyone doing it in real life. So, where are my fellow inspectors here? 😂
