- 18 oct: Left Windows 11, installed zorinOS 18.
- 23 oct: Left Zorin, installed Mint CInnamon (LOVE YOU, MINT)
- 1 nov: Installed Fedora 43.
These are the tree distros I got truly curious to test and use. Zorin didn’t perform well on my Samsung Flash F30 notebook, too much lags. Mint made me fall in love, such an excellent performance, it’s solid and stable. But… I was curious with Fedora. The design of it was getting me more and more curious. Even using Gnome (I didn’t have a good experience with Gnome because of Zorin), performance is beeing much better. This workflow thing and the dynamic way of organizing activities on the PC is intriguing and quite beautiful. I’m waiting for my SSD to arrive so I can install my system on the SSD and get a little more performance and space, so in the meantime, I took the opportunity to test Fedora and maybe come to a conclusion about which distro I will install and make my main system. Opinions? :)
