I’ve been living in Japan (Uji, near Kyoto) for the last two months. I’m here for work but have been taking in as much of Japan as I can. I’m a big fan of beer and a homebrewer back in the US where I live. So, I’ve made some observations on the similarities and differences between beer culture on Japan and the US.
